We stayed in deluxe loft apartment on upper floors. The staff were attentive and thoughtful in case of questions. This location was unbeatable and spectacular, close enough to free public transport, Banff National Park and the mountains.

The rooms turned out to be fully-equipped and neat with the kitchen and beautiful views, for example. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator too. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfy and ideal location even in the park down stairs.

The hot tub was fantastic, and we loved exploring the surrounding trails. The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Just a heads up, there isn't a restaurant on-site, so plan meals ahead.
Runs into noise issues as the bathroom's ceiling had cracks , made it sound like plumbing was always busy. Made it hard to sleep at times.

The price was very good for the size of the rooms and the conveniences (stove, fridge, microwave, fireplace, TVs). Friendly staff too. The outdoor hot tub looked very inviting.
Not close to restaurants, although there is a convenience store and liquor store within easy walking distance.

The front staff were helpful and very friendly. They provided me with the answers to many questions.
I was given an upgrade to my room because of the busy booking period with the Health & Safety conference in Banff. However, it did not feel like an upgrade. I am a single guy and was put next to a family with two six month old boys. The maids also did not clean all of my room every day

I adored the cozy wood-burning fireplace and the fine mountain views from the hot tub. The lack of dining options was a minor setback, but overall, it was a good experience that allowed me to relax and explore the very nice surrounding trails.

Staff friendly & accommodating. Nice that they provide kindling and firewood for the fireplace if you choose to have a fire. The hot tub looked fantastic and had beautiful views, although we didn't have time to enjoy it personally!
Only one small loveseat to relax on, which was fine for us (2 adults) but not if we had more people staying in the unit.

We were unhappy with our room the first of our two-night stay, and the manager quickly switched and upgraded us to a beautiful unit. It had four levels, three bedrooms, two baths, and a well-equipped kitchen. It was the best place we stayed on our two-week tour of Canada!
Our first night's room had some housekeeping issues, but that was quickly dealt with.

would not hesitate to return there
The two-bedroom apartment was super convenient for us. Having two bathrooms was a lifesaver! We loved the cozy fireplace and the beautiful outdoor views from the hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Bonus was the complimentary bus tickets! It was a solid spot close to town, just a bit crowded around the pools.

The outdoor hot tub overlooking the fine mountains offers a nice spot for relaxation while warming up with complimentary hot chocolate by the fire pit. The kitchenettes in the rooms provide a decent setup for meal prep, even though some facilities may need a little better maintenance.
Upon arrival, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with evident dirt and stained furniture that detracted from the overall experience. The noise levels were bothersome, particularly from upstairs, where sounds echoed through thin ceilings. The balconies did not have functional locks. Lastly, the pool area was often packed, minimizing the chance for a relaxing soak with kids running about and splashing everyone, limiting the enjoyment of the hot tub.

amazing jacuzzi view, fine pool area, beautiful mountain surroundings
The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dated furnishings needing updates!!! Plus, the absence of basic cooking necessities in the kitchen was disappointing. Some attention to these issues would greatly enhance the experience!!!
